My Experience & A Little Bit About Me

After 25 years closing 30+ transactions ranging in size from $200k to over $320M for one company, I decided to alter my direction. Now, my passion is fueled by helping others. I proudly work with companies of all sizes, in all industries and verticals, to identify business goals and strategies, develop financial plans and forecasts, optimize operational efficiencies, prepare companies for a merger or acquisition, assess M&A prospects, oversee post merger or acquisition integration, evaluate exit strategies, and provide project management assistance, all in an effort to maximize enterprise value. I am a family man with a wonderful wife and two children in college on sports scholarships. Active in my church and on the Board of Loaves & Fishes Ministries, I am proudly based in Lizella, Georgia (a suburb of Macon and about an hour south of Atlanta.) I have a B.A. from Mercer University and an M.B.A. from Georgia College & State University.
